Although you can find millions of Abu Mahjoobs in Jordan or other Arab countries, but I do think it is difficult to find an actor who may physically resemble Mr. Abu Mahjoob or H.M Mr. Abu Mohammed the fat man, best regards.

I am not sure how it would be to have it on live... but if u can do it good... then why not... but I think cartoon is best.

The task of matching up a cartoon with a real live character is close to impossible. A lot can be done in the field of animation to make Abu Mahjoob exciting!

The big mistake will happen if Abu Mahjoob become a specific man, he will not become all the Jordanian any more, khaled nazzal, Techno.

Hi, Abu Mahjoob’s popularity stemmed from his cartoon-based character... don’t go into the typical Jordanian mistake of trying to go into the acting business... you will be a loser... Stick to what made you famous and what you are best in... Cartoon! Take care and looking forward to seeing your first episode.... you will rock the Simpson’s in no time man ... all the best from Florida!

We loved Abu Mahjoob as a cartoon... and that’s the only way we can like it.

Please don’t add a voice or an accent for Abu Mahjoob because each one of us has his own imagination of these two things and you don’t have the right to force us to imagine them.

Cartoon Animation--is the best successful idea because you know the Jordanian actors more than we know I think they will destroy Abu maj7oob character... without thinking I choose animation and it will be more fun than those Jordanian stupid actors -win I saw them on Jordan TV channel I feel sick -so pleas never ever destroy Abu ma7joob --RoY_Da_ZaB.

Animation is better than live acting because we already know Abu Mahjoob as a cartoon.

I wish you don't put Abu Mahjoob on TV, when Hajjaj created Abu Mahjoob people liked it because every one read in his/her own way and voice, understanding it with their own mentality...so I took this vote of combination of two because I wanted to write this comment suggesting that people will never look at Abu Mahjoob the way the beautiful intellectual way any more, i don't want Abu Mahjoob to become Abu 3awad, because Abu Mahjoob is a Jordanian symbol of the people that are us, just like 7anthala in the near past...thank you for all the cartoons, and the Mohammad tomaliyah section, you guys are great, but no for a TV Abu Mahjoob, in some time soon people will quit buying newspapers to watch stupid shows like misho and the whole LBC crap, so yes, keep the fun news papers' cartoons for the papers not the TV, because i think that the place where it should stay, people who read the news papers are the ones that made Abu Mahjoob not the rest..... so in conclusion, no for TV Abu Mahjoob version, and yes for papers and websites, for Hajjaj is going high, I see a future of Hajjaj that reminds of Naji al Ali.... thanks Mohammad Khateeb, mkhateeb@umich.edu
